Anaerobic glue leakage control method. When leakage occurs at the breather bolt stud on the diesel engine, anaerobic adhesive can be applied to the cleaned bolt thread or screw hole, which can quickly solidify to form a film and fill the part gap; This method has a better effect on the leakage treatment of the high pressure oil pipe joint thread of diesel engine.

 

Liquid sealant leakage control method. In case of interfacial leakage and destructive leakage caused by solid gasket defects on diesel engine, liquid sealant shall be applied to the clean solid gasket joint surface, and after curing, the peelable film gasket with uniform, stable and continuous adhesion can be formed to prevent leakage.

 

Scale rehabilitation glue leakage treatment. In case of leakage at the shaft and shaft sleeve bearing of the diesel engine, the bearing seat valve and the valve cone self-tightening oil seal filler, etc., the scale rehabilitation adhesive can be applied to the worn part of the cleaned collaboration part, and the solidified film layer with high wear resistance mechanical strength can be formed, and then the geometric shape and cooperation precision of the machined rehabilitation part can be processed to solve the leakage.
